  • Firebase Authentication: We utilize anonymous login. This generates a secure anonymous ID that supports core app functionality, without generating accounts, storing your personal details, or needing user credentials.
  • Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics: We collect anonymous crash logs and basic usage events (e.g., how often certain features are utilized). This data contains no personally identifiable information and is never used to track you across other third-party apps or websites. It solely alerts us to bugs and helps prioritize new features.
  • RevenueCat: In-app subscriptions and purchases are managed by RevenueCat. All payment processing goes directly through Apple's App Store or Google Play. We never see your credit card details or billing information. RevenueCat uses an anonymous identifier to grant you access to premium features upon purchase.

No Tracking or Sale of Data

EarDrum does not participate in targeted advertising or cross-app tracking. We emphatically do not sell, rent, or trade your data to any third party under any circumstances.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
